Terms of Use

By downloading or using the Bijon: Become Your Future Self app, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the applicable Apple licensing terms, including Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). If you do not agree, please do not use Bijon.

You must be old enough to hold an Apple Account and to enter into these Terms in your place of residence, and you must meet the App Store age rating that applies to Bijon. Where local law requires, a parent or legal guardian must consent to a minor’s use. Bijon is intended for users who are legally able to agree to these Terms or who use the app with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Bijon: Become Your Future Self (“Bijon”) is a private morning identity app. The short brand name is Bijon. Bijon’s core promise is: wake up to who you are becoming.

Bijon lets you create future identities or personal visions, add titles, statements, reasons, optional categories, optional target dates, morning statements, reflection questions, and personal images up to the supported limit; manually record percentage-based progress; begin the day with Morning Identity Alignment; and optionally display selected information in a Future Self widget. A personal vision board may be available as a supporting visual feature. Bijon is not primarily a vision-board application.

Bijon is not a task manager, habit tracker, social network, AI coach, therapy app, medical service, or mental-health treatment service.

No Bijon account is required. No Bijon authentication system is used. The app is designed to be offline-first. Your app content is stored locally on your device unless a verified production implementation shows otherwise.

Local storage does not guarantee permanent retention. Device backups, iCloud settings, device loss, OS behavior, and uninstalling the app can affect whether content remains available.

You retain ownership of the titles, statements, descriptions, images, questions, and other content you create or select in Bijon. You grant Bijon only the limited permissions technically necessary to display and process that content locally within the app.

• You must have permission to use uploaded or selected images
• You must not use unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content
• Bijon does not review or moderate local user content unless content is voluntarily provided to support
• Deleting the app or local content may permanently remove user content
• Bijon does not guarantee data recovery

Bijon does not claim ownership over your user-created identity content.

The Bijon app is licensed to you, not sold. Your license to use the app is governed by Apple’s Standard EULA, which applies to apps distributed through the App Store. These Terms supplement that license with product- and service-specific terms; they do not replace Apple’s Standard EULA.

You agree not to:

• Use Bijon for unlawful purposes
• Store content that infringes the rights of others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law
• Interfere with or disrupt the app, website, or related services
• Attempt to bypass subscription entitlement or payment
• Use the app to harm, harass, or deceive others
• Misrepresent an affiliation with Bijon or its operator

Morning Identity Alignment may include:

• Alarm or notification
• Declaration instructions
• Private front-camera live mirror
• Five-second press-and-hold declaration
• Fifteen-second press-and-hold reflection
• Reflection question
• Existing progress reveal

Hold duration measures interaction time only. Bijon does not verify what you say. The app does not automatically add vision progress after a morning session. The app may record morning statuses such as Completed, Skipped, Missed, or Unfinished.

Alarm and notification delivery depends on device settings, permissions, power state, volume, Focus settings, Silent Mode behavior, iOS availability, system scheduling, and other factors outside Bijon’s control.

• Bijon cannot guarantee an alarm or notification will sound or be noticed
• You should maintain another alarm or reminder for critical events
• You can use iOS system controls without completing Morning Identity Alignment
• Bijon cannot lock the phone or prevent leaving the app
• Bijon cannot block Control Center
• Bijon cannot prevent device shutdown
• Bijon cannot force the app to remain open
• Bijon cannot override all iOS system alarm controls
• Hold time counts only while Bijon is active and the relevant control is being pressed
• iOS may display system-controlled action labels such as Stop instead of Bijon’s preferred label
• Notification fallback behavior may differ from AlarmKit behavior

Do not rely on Bijon as your sole alarm for emergencies, medication, travel, childcare, employment, safety-critical events, or other time-sensitive obligations. Bijon is not advertised as impossible to dismiss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bijon is not liable for missed appointments, travel, work, school, medication, emergencies, financial loss, or other consequences caused by a missed, delayed, silenced, or unavailable alert.

The front camera is used only as a private live mirror during Morning Identity Alignment. Camera permission is optional, and a camera-denied fallback is available.

• Bijon does not photograph you
• Bijon does not record video
• Bijon does not save or upload camera frames
• Bijon does not analyze faces, expressions, or appearance
• Bijon does not record audio
• Bijon does not require microphone access for declaration or reflection
• Bijon does not use speech recognition, transcription, or voice verification

Bijon is a personal reflection and self-development tool. Bijon does not guarantee personal transformation, achievement, career success, financial success, relationship outcomes, academic results, physical changes, or other results.

• Progress percentages are entered manually by you
• Future-self statements are created or chosen by you
• Bijon does not determine your identity
• Bijon does not provide psychological evaluation
• You remain responsible for your decisions and actions

Bijon is not a medical, mental-health, psychiatric, psychological, counseling, diagnostic, or emergency service. The app is not a replacement for qualified professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Reflection prompts are not therapy. Seek appropriate professional help when needed. Do not use the app for emergencies.

Bijon may offer an eligible user a one-time three-day preview of Pro functionality. The preview is provided inside the app.

• No payment is required to begin it
• It does not begin a Monthly or Yearly subscription
• It does not automatically renew
• You are not automatically charged when it ends
• The preview ends automatically after three days
• The preview may not be restarted after it has been used
• Availability may depend on local app state, device state, prior use, app version, and technical availability
• Removing, reinstalling, resetting, or transferring the app does not guarantee another preview
• You may purchase Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime access before, during, or after the preview
• Expiration of the preview does not automatically delete user-created content
• Free-tier limits may apply after expiration
• Bijon may change or discontinue promotional preview availability where permitted by law

The three-day free preview is not an Apple introductory offer, not an auto-renewable subscription, and not cancelable as a subscription. It is managed locally by Bijon.

Bijon currently offers the following paid products through the Apple App Store. You may purchase immediately without using the free preview.

Monthly. An auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged through your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically unless canceled through Apple.

Yearly. An auto-renewable subscription. It does not include a three-day preview. Payment is charged when the purchase is confirmed. It renews automatically unless canceled through Apple.

US reference prices (not guaranteed globally): about $7.99 monthly and about $49.99 yearly. Prices shown before purchase are controlled by the applicable Apple storefront. Taxes and localized prices may vary by country, currency, tax, or Apple storefront.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account
• Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to Apple’s cancellation rules
• You manage subscriptions in Apple Account settings
• Deleting Bijon does not cancel a subscription
• Restore Purchases is available inside the app via StoreKit and checks verified Apple entitlements

Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It is not a subscription and does not automatically renew. US reference price about $99.99 — not a guaranteed global price. Localized pricing is shown before purchase.

“Lifetime Access” means access to the premium features designated as included with the non-consumable purchase for as long as Bijon continues to be offered and supported by the operator on a compatible platform, subject to these Terms, applicable law, technical availability, and changes reasonably required to operate the service.

Lifetime Access does not promise:

• Your biological lifetime
• Permanent operation of Apple platforms
• Permanent compatibility with every future device or OS
• Every future feature
• Unlimited future development
• An app that can never be discontinued

Features may change, be discontinued, or become technically unavailable. Any legally required consumer rights remain unaffected.

Purchases are processed by Apple. Bijon does not directly charge credit cards and does not receive your complete payment-card details. Apple handles billing, subscription management, and eligible refund requests. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled according to Apple’s processes and applicable law. You can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Manage or cancel Monthly and Yearly subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting local app content or uninstalling Bijon does not cancel a subscription.

For the Bijon iOS app distributed through the App Store:

• The agreement is between you and [LEGAL OPERATOR NAME], not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the app or its support; support is provided by the operator
• The app provider, not Apple, is responsible for the product and claims relating to it, to the extent required by Apple’s terms
• Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of the applicable app license terms where required by the App Store licensed application terms, and may enforce them against you
• You must comply with Apple Media Services Terms and applicable App Store rules
• Apple handles purchases, refunds, subscriptions, and distribution through its systems

Bijon provides a Future Self widget. Depending on configuration, a widget may show a selected future identity, progress, evidence, next alarm information, or Morning Alignment status. Widget information is generated from a limited shared snapshot stored through an Apple App Group container.

Widget content may be visible to anyone who can view the device screen. Avoid displaying sensitive content when device privacy is a concern. Widget timeline updates are managed by iOS and may not occur immediately. Widgets do not update in guaranteed real time.

Bijon, the Bijon name and branding, the app software, website design, and related materials are owned by [LEGAL OPERATOR NAME] or its licensors, except for content you create or select. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Bijon’s intellectual property to you. Your limited license is described in the License section and Apple’s Standard EULA.

Bijon relies on Apple platform services such as the App Store, StoreKit, AlarmKit, WidgetKit, App Intents, and UserNotifications. Apple may process information under Apple’s own terms and privacy policies. Your use of Apple services is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms.

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of Bijon over time, subject to applicable law and your existing paid access. Lifetime Access and subscriptions do not guarantee that every feature will remain available forever or that the app will remain compatible with every future device or operating system.

You may stop using Bijon at any time. Access to the app or premium features may end if these Terms are materially violated — for example, attempts to bypass entitlement — or if the service is discontinued, in each case subject to your legitimate subscription or Lifetime Access rights, consumer rights, and Apple’s purchase handling.

Bijon is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction. (This section is marked for legal review.)

To the extent permitted by applicable law, [LEGAL OPERATOR NAME] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website, including damages related to missed alarms, missed Morning Alignment sessions, lost local data, or reliance on personal-development content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent and amount permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. (This section is marked for legal review.)

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify [LEGAL OPERATOR NAME] against claims arising from your unlawful use of the app, your user content, or your violation of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], without depriving you of protections granted by mandatory law in your country of residence. (Governing jurisdiction remains a placeholder pending verification.)

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights, small-claims procedures, or other dispute rights that cannot lawfully be waived in your jurisdiction. These Terms are effective as of July 31, 2026. If we make material changes, we will update the text and the Last Updated date on this page. Continued use of Bijon after a change means the updated Terms apply, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
